FlowISiAM Technology
(Flow cytometry-based Intracellular Staining in Activated Monocytes/Macrophages)
FlowISiAM is an advanced platform for functional immunophenotyping based on intracellular staining in monocytes and macrophages. By combining surface and intracellular marker detection in immune cells from peripheral blood, the method enables the identification of disease-related cell signatures. FlowISiAM supports a wide range of applications in diagnostics, monitoring, and translational research.

FlowISiAM Network
FlowISiAM is more than just a technology – it’s a growing research network. Together with partners across Europe, we explore innovative applications in diagnostics, immunology, and translational medicine.
Our mission is to foster collaborative research by supporting joint grant applications, interdisciplinary pilot projects, and the development of new clinical and experimental approaches. We welcome new academic and clinical partners who want to explore the potential of FlowISiAM in their work.
